In the gym by 4:30 this morning… it’s going to be a good day :). On Saturdays, I focus on high weight low rep sets of the power lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench press and pendlay rows. I finish with 3 sets of chin ups to failure. Then Breakfast! (at 24 Hour Fitness)
